Senior Finance Analyst - FP&A

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities for assigned business units.
• Develop advanced financial models to analyze business scenarios and support strategic initiatives.
• Perform variance analysis and partner with business leaders to identify risks and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare financial reporting packages and dashboards for leadership, highlighting key trends and KPIs.
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement analysis.
• Contribute to process improvements, financial systems upgrades, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficient in financial modeling, Excel, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights).
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite.
• Thorough understanding of US GAAP for financial statement analysis.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or CFA designation.
• Experience working in a high-growth or publicly traded company environment.
• Familiarity with data visualization and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
