About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, including headcount, operating expenses, and capital expenditures
- Develop effective planning, reporting, and analysis processes for all administrative teams
- Consolidate and analyze financial data, including reconciliations and period-to-period variance analysis
- Establish relevant KPIs and cost targets while analyzing operating cost changes with insightful explanations
- Review purchase requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with the financial plan
- Facilitate operating team alignment and decision-making by presenting data in cohesive reports
- Provide objective business consultancy, business case assessments, and financial guidance to administrative teams
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide clear financial inputs and guidance on operational decisions
- Support month-end financial reporting, long-term business plan development, and process analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of variance analysis experience (actuals to forecast comparison) and period-to-period analysis
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience utilizing ERP systems (preferably SAP/S4 HANA) and Business Intelligence tools
- Strong technical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to communicate key drivers to senior management
- Experience in an Automotive OEM or Tier 1 Supplier environment is a plus

- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA)
