Senior Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to guide strategic and operational decisions by forecasting financial, economic, and other data
• Gather and analyze complex financial data to assess performance against forecasts and plans
• Provide support for ad-hoc reports and financial analysis as business needs arise
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and standards
• Interface with and influence key stakeholders to drive business results
• Act as a resource and mentor for less experienced colleagues

Requirements

• College or university degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in financial data analysis and strategic forecasting
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to solve complex problems using deductive reasoning
• Capability to work independently and manage projects with minimal guidance
