Senior Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Finance Manager in monitoring financial performance, compliance, and control effectiveness across country offices
• Perform risk-based finance reviews and compliance monitoring activities
• Coordinate internal and external audits and track corrective action plans
• Prepare regional finance dashboards, scorecards, and management reports
• Coordinate information requests and reporting requirements between country offices and headquarters
• Support standardization of finance monitoring and reporting methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Audit
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance, audit, or risk management
• Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance frameworks
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large data sets
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, etc.) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools
• Experience in international organizations, NGOs, or multi-country environments
