Senior Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial reporting and performance insights, including monthly, half-year, and year-end close processes.
• Deliver accurate financial reports, oversee reconciliations, and support budgeting and forecasting to ensure financial control.
• Drive continuous improvement by streamlining, standardising, and enhancing reporting and accounting processes.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide actionable insights and practical recommendations that support decision-making.
• Lead governance and technical accounting outcomes, ensuring compliance with reporting standards and maintaining strong financial controls.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
