Senior Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping, accounting, and financial data analysis to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheet variance commentaries.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Monitor working capital by evaluating customer aging and identifying vendor extension opportunities.
• Analyze inventory variances and collaborate with the supply chain team to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead change management efforts for system implementations, upgrades, and process optimizations.
• Ensure entity operations comply with internal SOX controls and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English (B2/C1 level).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and navigate through challenges with a proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree, MBA, or CPA certification.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as French or Spanish.
