Senior Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage customer acquisition and retention expenses for various business units by partnering with business leaders and Accounting.
• Partner with GTM and sales organizations to support strategic growth decisions.
• Analyze and report on financial results and key metrics, distilling trends and assessing business risks.
• Perform complex data analysis for senior company leadership.
• Support executive reporting and drive automation using AI tools to streamline manual processes.
• Drive Direct & Channel commission modeling and automation, linking Opex to revenue.
• Strengthen model accuracy and transparency in partnership with Sales Ops by validating assumptions and refining logic.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience, ideally in a high-growth Technology or SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with FP&A systems and tools such as Anaplan, NetSuite, Tableau, or Coupa.
• Ability to work the night shift (8am - 5pm PST).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience owning financial reporting and budgeting analysis, including managing in-period expense pacing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to multiple levels within an organization.
