Senior Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis, modeling, and design to support various stakeholders and leadership.
• Conduct financial forecasts, including budget, headcount, vendor delivery, and related cost analysis.
• Develop robust financial models and complete ad-hoc business projects to streamline decision-making.
• Guide investment strategy by partnering closely with leadership teams across the organization.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual planning with high financial predictability and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the accounting team for quarter-end close reporting and process improvement.
• Prepare insightful analytics and presentations to guide strategic directions for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, ideally in a high-growth Technology or SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with FP&A tools such as Anaplan, NetSuite, Tableau, or similar software.
• Willingness to work the night shift (8am - 5pm PST).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience owning financial reporting and budgeting analysis, including managing in-period expense pacing.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and succinctly to multiple levels of the organization.
