Senior Finance Accountant

Responsibilities

• Act as the GL Lead, taking full ownership of the company’s general ledger and ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Review and approve accounting treatment for revenue recognition, accruals, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with PRC GAAP and Group IFRS
• Provide SG&A analysis, variance analysis vs. budget and forecast
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Manage and develop a team of 3–4 members covering AP, AR, and Treasury functions
• Oversee cash flow management and support cash forecasting
• Lead finance transformation projects and drive ERP process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines
• 8–12 years of finance experience in multinational or manufacturing companies
• Strong General Ledger (GL) background
• Proficiency in English as a working language
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Strong financial analysis capabilities (SG&A, budgeting, variance analysis)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
