Senior Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design including requirement analysis, functional design, and gap analysis
• Translate business requirements into scalable Finacle-based technical and functional solutions
• Develop and maintain Finacle customizations using Finacle Scripting
• Write and optimize PL/SQL scripts for banking logic and data processing
• Handle API integrations between Finacle and external/internal banking systems
• Manage batch job setup, scheduling, and monitoring
• Conduct requirement workshops with business users and stakeholders
• Support UAT, functional testing, and defect resolution

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Finacle Core Banking systems
• Expertise in Finacle Scripting for customization and configuration
• Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL development
• Experience in API integration and system interoperability
• Knowledge of core banking modules: CASA, Term Deposits, Loans, Limits Management, and Collaterals
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large banking transformation programs
• Exposure to core banking modernization initiatives
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Familiarity with enterprise integration ecosystems in banking
