Senior Finacle Core Banking Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Finacle core banking modules focusing on CASA, Overdraft, and Branch Operations
• Customize and configure functionalities for account management, overdraft limits, and interest calculations
• Integrate Finacle with third-party banking systems, payment gateways, and mobile banking apps
• Lead upgrade and migration processes to Finacle 11.x
• Perform performance tuning to optimize transaction speed and system efficiency
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for core modules
• Collaborate with business analysts and clients to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for customizations and integrations
• Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Oracle database
• Hands-on experience with Finacle 11.x and Finacle development tools
• Deep understanding of CASA, Overdraft, and Branch Operations modules
• Experience with Finacle APIs for system integrations
• Strong debugging and analytical skills for high-transaction environments
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with Finacle 11.x in banking and financial institutions
• Certification or specialized training in Finacle or core banking systems
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
