Senior Filmmaker

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior creative voice on the Visual Arts team to develop compelling creative concepts
• Own projects from initial idea through final delivery, including scripting, storyboarding, and production
• Produce visually compelling content with excellence in cinematography, lighting, and audio capture
• Create polished edits utilizing advanced color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
• Collaborate with ministry leaders to understand communication goals and contribute fresh ideas
• Provide creative leadership and mentorship to other filmmakers

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Film, Media Production, or equivalent professional experience
• At least five years of experience in high-level video production
• Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong understanding of audio production and sound design
• Demonstrated ability to independently produce projects from concept through delivery
• Must be a participating member of CCV (or willing to become one)
• Online demo reel is required for consideration
