Senior Figma Designer

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, enterprise-grade user interfaces and experiences using Figma
• Lead end-to-end UX design of data review and approval workflows
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user flows and prototypes
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries in Figma
• Conduct user research and synthesize stakeholder feedback to inform design decisions
• Deliver high-fidelity prototypes and annotated design documentation for developer handoff

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design roles
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, variants, prototyping)
• Experience designing for enterprise environments and complex information architectures
• Proven track record designing data review and approval workflows
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into validated design solutions
• Advanced English proficiency

• Experience working in agile or sprint-based delivery models
