Senior Field Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support to clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Support and troubleshoot Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other healthcare applications.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade end-user devices including workstations, laptops, tablets, and printers.
• Assist with integrated medical devices and healthcare technology systems in coordination with vendors.
• Perform basic network and infrastructure support, including Wi-Fi and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Support IT projects, facility expansions, system rollouts, and user training activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation, asset inventories, and compliance with healthcare data privacy standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of direct experience with user support in a multi-system environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a healthcare or hospital setting.
• Experience supporting clinical applications (such as Cerner) and medical devices.
