Senior Field Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Maintain regional PACOM USSF systems through installation, repair, and troubleshooting
• Support OCONUS locations with travel on short notice to maintain deployed systems
• Perform hardware replacements, installations, and preventative maintenance (PMCS)
• Collaborate with military customers to resolve operational issues
• Provide system administration training and refresher courses to technical users
• Monitor health and status of deployed OCONUS systems remotely
• Manage technical tasks and hardware issues using Jira ticketing system
• Support logistics operations and asset management

Requirements

• US government Top Secret clearance
• CompTIA Security+ certification
• Expertise in Windows OS and Linux System Administration
• Experience maintaining hardware systems and SATCOM terminals, including cable repair
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and network issues
• Valid U.S. Passport with at least one year until expiration
• Physical ability to lift, rack, and stack equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Military or DoD experience
• Previous experience as a Field Support Representative
• Experience maintaining servers, networks, or communication/SATCOM equipment
• SIGINT background
• College Degree or applicable technical certifications
