Senior Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute field service activities including system troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs for mechanical and electrical water systems at customer sites
• Create and maintain a safe working environment and culture within the organization
• Manage parts inventory and take care of company property
• Work independently with minimal supervision to solve problems in novel and unexpected ways
• Interface directly with customers to provide high-quality service and clear technical communication
• Anticipate and correct safety issues regarding both company and customer-owned equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 5 years of technical work experience
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical card
• Clean driving record
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and smart devices
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with industrial or commercial process water systems
• Background in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing work
• Previous experience in water treatment
