Senior Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute field service activities at customer sites, including proactive system troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment inspections and repairs.
• Ensure safe operation of DOT-regulated vehicles and transport materials/equipment between locations.
• Anticipate and correct safety issues regarding both company and customer-owned equipment.
• Interface directly with customers to provide high-quality service and support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of technical work experience, specifically within industrial or commercial process water environments.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical card and a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a CDL Class A or B with applicable endorsements.
• Ability to obtain required customer clearances, such as TWIC and DISA.
