Senior Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a safe work environment and a safety-focused culture
• Perform proactive troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and diesel-powered equipment
• Identify and resolve equipment and operational issues in a timely manner
• Provide professional customer support and clear communication while onsite
• Maintain accurate service documentation, reporting, and company property
• Work independently with minimal supervision to execute field service activities

Requirements

• Proven experience with electrical, mechanical, and diesel-powered equipment
• Strong technical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and smart devices
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical information clearly
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
