Senior Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and repair of complex medical equipment.
• Act as the primary technical contact point for customers and resolve escalated complaints.
• Capture all service activities in the service delivery system and ensure timely submission of documentation.
• Monitor and complete monthly assigned maintenance jobs to ensure compliance and high-quality service.
• Support the sales team with product demonstrations and tender processes.
• Manage projects including PM planning, water system projects, and service contract proposals.
• Provide technical mentorship and training to junior field service engineers.
• Provide standby support and service after office hours, weekends, or public holidays as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in a technical service field.
• 3-5 years of experience specifically within the medical device industry.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting methods and capital equipment control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using service delivery systems such as SAP, Service Max, or SFDC.
