Senior Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and remote service support, including installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting for Alfa Laval products.
• Perform maintenance, testing, and repair of equipment such as GPHE, Decanter, Separator, and WHE.
• Conduct condition monitoring, energy audits, and root cause analysis for technical issues.
• Execute Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT) and prepare detailed service reports.
• Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance while identifying new service or spare parts opportunities.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and company protocols, including the correct use of PPE.

Requirements

• Engineering graduate or diploma holder.
• 3–5 years of experience in service, manufacturing, EPC, or engineering sectors.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings.
• Willingness to travel extensively (75–80%).
• Valid four-wheeler driving license.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
