About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect restaurants via cold calls, walk-ins, and outreach
- Conduct in-person meetings and product demos to present services
- Manage full sales pipeline from first contact to closing
- Adapt schedule to restaurant availability, including occasional evening meetings
- Support onboarding and ramp-up of new hires
- Share best practices and contribute to team performance improvement
- Act as a role model for activity levels and pipeline management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales with a focus on new business acquisition
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver's license and own car
- Proven ability to manage full sales cycles independently
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Based in East London or Essex
- Experience with CRM systems and Google Workspace
- Passion for hospitality and digital technology
