Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution to scale Field Sales as the primary engine for SMB acquisition.
- Deliver the annual acquisition plan by achieving target volumes of active new SMBs.
- Scale and sustain the Hunter sales force across all target cities.
- Drive the channel to meet annual New GMV run-rate requirements.
- Maximize monthly output per Hunter to ensure peak channel performance.
- Maintain healthy Payback periods and Contribution Index (CI) aligned with financial targets.
- Implement pre- and post-activation control frameworks to reduce fraud and improve cohort quality.
- Establish data-driven weekly operating cadences and scalable playbook systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading multi-city, multi-layer field teams (Managers, Supervisors, Hunters).
- Mastery of daily/weekly rituals, pipeline visibility, and route management.
- Deep expertise in building territory plans and coverage models.
- Ability to drive alignment with Directors and C-level executives.
- High literacy in Salesforce or equivalent CRM with strict forecasting hygiene.
- Experience scaling mass acquisition channels under strict unit economics constraints.
- Ability to partner with Risk and Compliance teams to maintain healthy merchant cohorts.
