Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution to scale Field Sales as the primary engine for SMB acquisition.
• Deliver the annual acquisition plan by achieving target volumes of active new SMBs.
• Scale and sustain the Hunter sales force across all target cities.
• Drive the channel to meet annual New GMV run-rate requirements.
• Maximize monthly output per Hunter to ensure peak channel performance.
• Maintain healthy Payback periods and Contribution Index (CI) aligned with financial targets.
• Implement pre- and post-activation control frameworks to reduce fraud and improve cohort quality.
• Establish data-driven weekly operating cadences and scalable playbook systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading multi-city, multi-layer field teams (Managers, Supervisors, Hunters).
• Mastery of daily/weekly rituals, pipeline visibility, and route management.
• Deep expertise in building territory plans and coverage models.
• Ability to drive alignment with Directors and C-level executives.
• High literacy in Salesforce or equivalent CRM with strict forecasting hygiene.
• Experience scaling mass acquisition channels under strict unit economics constraints.
• Ability to partner with Risk and Compliance teams to maintain healthy merchant cohorts.
