Senior Field Process Engineer, NPI

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and identify current customer needs and new opportunities to build long-term sustainable relationships.
• Drive and manage new product penetration, installation, and subsequent process development.
• Provide process support and troubleshooting at client sites to ensure service and value.
• Define project scope and resource planning in alignment with Business Units.
• Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience through team and support tool development.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS EE, and BU teams to ensure successful new application penetration.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience in the semiconductor or capital equipment industry.
• Technical exposure to CVD, ALD, EPI, or PECVD technologies.
• Strong bilingual communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in stakeholder management and leading teams supporting complex systems.
