Senior Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing field marketing team to drive regional demand and operational excellence.
• Own the strategy and execution for MSP-focused events, including roadshows, user groups, and community activations.
• Drive MSP recruitment and engagement to expand the partner base through targeted campaigns and community building.
• Develop and execute joint marketing programs and MDF initiatives in collaboration with National Partners and Distributors.
• Translate global campaigns into localized regional programs that resonate with North American markets and customer segments.
• Partner closely with North America Sales Leadership to align go-to-market priorities and support revenue targets.
• Define and track KPIs for pipeline influence, partner recruitment, and event ROI while managing the regional budget.

Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, specifically in field, demand generation, or channel marketing.
• Proven experience in the cybersecurity, IT, or SaaS industries.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
• Deep expertise in the MSP ecosystem, including community dynamics and partner business models.
• Strong track record of driving marketing-influenced pipeline and partner recruitment.
• Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior executives.
