Senior Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Commercial Field Marketing strategy to drive awareness, pipeline generation, and customer expansion
• Partner with Commercial sales leadership to align marketing investments with business priorities
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution including planning, budget, vendor coordination, and optimization
• Grow strategic ecosystem partnerships with startup, VC, PE, and partner communities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Partner, Product Marketing, and Strategic Events teams
• Measure and report on pipeline contribution, campaign performance, and ROI

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, cloud, or high-growth technology sectors
• Proven track record in developing field marketing strategies that drive revenue
• Experience partnering with sales teams and influencing stakeholders
• Expertise in planning events, executive programs, and demand generation initiatives
• Strong analytical skills for measuring and optimizing program performance
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, and marketing technology platforms
• Ability to travel as needed for regional programs and events
