Senior Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the North America field marketing strategy aligned with marketing and sales objectives
• Build and deliver local marketing plans focusing on regional brand awareness, demand generation, and customer advocacy
• Forecast and track pipeline performance against quarterly and annual goals
• Orchestrate and optimize integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, events, and ABM initiatives
• Plan and execute high-impact industry events, conferences, and customer-focused experiences
• Partner with the VP of Sales and SDR organization to drive pipeline and growth
• Manage a small team focused on growth opportunities and execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing and leadership
• Proven track record in field marketing and demand generation in North America
• Experience building and leading teams including direct and dotted line reports
• Experience managing and forecasting budgets and measuring ROI
• Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing (digital, events, ABM)
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making

• AI fluency and an AI-first approach to workflows and campaign execution
• Experience in competitive and mature B2B SaaS markets
