About the role
Responsibilities
- Shape and drive Medallia’s comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the UKI region, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
- Create and execute multi-faceted field and partner marketing activities to generate demand and accelerate pipeline.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing activities align with revenue goals and deliver measurable ROI.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships to amplify marketing reach and strengthen brand positioning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, pre-sales, and other business departments to achieve shared growth goals.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and support other regional markets or cross-border initiatives as required.
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior marketing experience with specific expertise in the UKI market.
- Proven track record in demand generation and scaling high-impact field marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience in full-cycle trade show, executive roundtable, and event management.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity (3 days per week onsite) in the London area.
- Willingness to travel internationally for events and key business meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and marketing automation tools such as Marketo.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and pipeline tracking.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
