Senior Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive Medallia’s comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the UKI region, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
• Create and execute multi-faceted field and partner marketing activities to generate demand and accelerate pipeline.
• Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing activities align with revenue goals and deliver measurable ROI.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships to amplify marketing reach and strengthen brand positioning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, pre-sales, and other business departments to achieve shared growth goals.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and support other regional markets or cross-border initiatives as required.

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior marketing experience with specific expertise in the UKI market.
• Proven track record in demand generation and scaling high-impact field marketing strategies.
• Hands-on experience in full-cycle trade show, executive roundtable, and event management.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity (3 days per week onsite) in the London area.
• Willingness to travel internationally for events and key business meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and marketing automation tools such as Marketo.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and pipeline tracking.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
