Senior Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute a comprehensive calendar of field events including trade shows, conferences, and executive dinners
• Lead the full event lifecycle from strategy and logistics to vendor coordination and post-event reporting
• Partner with content teams to ensure event messaging and collateral are on-brand and compelling
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify target accounts and align event strategy to pipeline creation
• Track and report event-generated leads and pipeline impact through Salesforce
• Analyze event performance and ROI to continuously improve the program

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in field marketing or event management, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot, and event platforms like Swoogo, Eventbrite, or Bizzabo
• Proven track record of executing events that generate measurable pipeline and executive engagement
• Strong analytical skills for tracking ROI and event performance
• Ability to travel up to 50% (domestic and international)
• Based near London

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing event budgets, forecasting, and vendor negotiations
• Proficiency in integrating AI tools to maximize productivity
