Responsibilities

  • Own regional event strategy including roadshows, sponsored programs, virtual events, and executive dinners
  • Develop and execute executive marketing programs to engage senior decision makers
  • Design high-touch 1:1 and 1:few experiences to foster relationship-building
  • Drive pipeline generation and acceleration by creating net-new opportunities and influencing active deals
  • Partner with regional sales leaders to identify target accounts and ensure follow-up
  • Manage third-party partnerships and negotiate sponsored event opportunities
  • Collaborate with GTM teams to support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
  • Define KPIs, track results, and report on pipeline and revenue impact
  • Build scalable, repeatable frameworks and playbooks for regional event execution

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through events
  • Experience executing both curated and third-party events
  • Strong understanding of account engagement across the sales funnel
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with Sales and cross-functional teams
  • Strategic mindset and strong project management skills
  • Data-driven approach to measurement and optimization
  • Willingness to travel to support key regional events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ABM strategies and targeting
