About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams to plan and execute regional marketing programs and events aligned to business priorities in North America.
- Create and manage multi-channel demand generation through digital campaigns, webinars, and live events to drive account engagement and pipeline.
- Adapt global campaigns and content into regionally relevant programs that scale across North America territories and customer segments.
- Develop campaign messaging, presentations, customer-facing assets, and sales enablement materials.
- Use engagement data, performance insights, and AI-enabled tools to optimize targeting and maximize effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on program performance, including engagement, pipeline contribution, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Operations, and Analytics teams to improve execution and strengthen pipeline visibility.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, demand generation, campaign orchestration, or account-based marketing.
- Strong understanding of customer engagement strategy, pipeline acceleration, and account-based marketing motions.
- Experience designing and executing integrated demand generation and nurture programs across digital and field channels.
- Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and intent platforms such as 6sense, Salesforce, or Marketo.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting engagement, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-ready materials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to or supporting manufacturing, construction, utilities, or adjacent industries.
- Familiarity with emerging AI-enabled marketing approaches and evolving digital engagement strategies.
