Senior Field Marketing & ABM Manager

Responsibilities

• Define the West Coast go-to-market strategy for field programs.
• Design 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many field marketing experiences such as regional dinners, happy hours, and hackathons.
• Orchestrate ABM programs with strategic accounts across direct mail, events, digital, gifting, and content.
• Partner with Sales to understand territory priorities, account dynamics, and pipeline gaps.
• Track impact through account engagement, pilots started, velocity, and closed-won revenue.
• Test unconventional tactics and push boundaries to create unique brand moments.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in field, experiential, growth, or ABM marketing.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and intent tools like 6sense or Demandbase.
• Proven track record of running regional field programs or account-based campaigns that drove revenue.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to build reports.
• Deep experience partnering with Sales teams targeting Enterprise and Strategic companies.
• Ability to travel up to 25% (up to 50% seasonally).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience marketing to IT, Engineering, or Security leaders.
