Senior Field Coordinator - MEP

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems coordination and installation for complex projects
• Provide leadership and oversight to MEP trade partners and equipment vendors to ensure quality and compliance
• Assist in developing and tracking schedules, monitoring QA/QC programs, and supporting the Energy Control and Safety Program
• Manage punch lists, troubleshoot field engineering issues, and oversee start-up and commissioning activities
• Collaborate with project teams from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and design partners while supervising trade partners and vendors

Requirements

• 3–5 years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated MEP systems
• Proven ability to manage workforce requirements and monitor project progress
• Experience managing construction of complex MEP infrastructure projects such as data centers or airports
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and QA/QC processes
