Senior Field Coordinator - MEP

Responsibilities

• Provide field supervision of on-site trade work with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence
• Coordinate material delivery and installation activities to maintain workflow efficiency
• Facilitate communication between trades to resolve conflicts and maintain progress
• Monitor workforce production and ensure compliance with company standards
• Collaborate with project management teams to support project objectives
• Promote zero-accident safety culture and enforce OSHA compliance
• Mentor junior field staff and contribute to team development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field OR 3+ years of equivalent commercial construction field supervision experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Willingness to relocate and work on-site as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supervising large-scale commercial construction projects
• Familiarity with scheduling tools, QA/QC processes, and safety programs
