Responsibilities
- Provide field supervision of on-site trade work with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence
- Coordinate material delivery and installation activities to maintain workflow efficiency
- Facilitate communication between trades to resolve conflicts and maintain progress
- Monitor workforce production and ensure compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with project management teams to support project objectives
- Promote a zero-accident safety culture and enforce OSHA compliance
- Mentor junior field staff and contribute to team development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field OR 3+ years of equivalent commercial construction field supervision experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to relocate and work on-site as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supervising large-scale commercial construction projects
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, QA/QC processes, and safety programs
