Senior Field Clinical Specialist Electrophysiology

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced, in-lab clinical support during complex electrophysiology (EP) procedures, focusing on 3D cardiac mapping technologies.
• Act as a technical expert for physicians, supporting system setup, real-time mapping interpretation, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver structured clinical training to EP-lab staff and clinicians both on-site and remotely.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with EP teams across the Middle East and North Africa.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support teams to drive clinical adoption and identify customer needs.
• Support procedural logistics, including device availability and lab readiness.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in electrophysiology.
• Proven expertise in 3D cardiac mapping systems (e.g., CARTO, EnSite, or Rhythmia).
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 70%) across North Africa (Morocco, Tunisia, and Algeria).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure clinical environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in French is a significant plus.
• Experience working directly with physicians during ablation procedures.
