Senior Field Application Engineer - AI Factory Deployment

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for large-scale datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions
• Solve complex hardware and deployment issues during implementation
• Act as a technical specialist for GPU and networking products to support sales account managers
• Establish and maintain technical relationships with customer engineers, architects, and management
• Identify customer architectures and key product requirements within the enterprise AI market
• Deliver technical and sales training to direct sales teams and channel partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in high-tech electronics system design or technical customer support
• In-depth knowledge of servers, storage systems, network devices, and datacenter hardware
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a constantly evolving, multifaceted environment
• Strong time-management and organizational skills for managing sophisticated projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale rollouts of datacenter equipment
• Deep networking knowledge including TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, and Switches
• Knowledge of Embedded Linux Systems, APIs, and embedded OS
• Experience working with OEMs in industrial, military, or ruggedized computing sectors
• Familiarity with HVAC, cooling systems, power distribution, cabling, rack layout, and CPU architecture
