Senior Federal Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets across DoD, Federal Civilian, and DHS accounts
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and partner engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective federal customers and decision-makers
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing, including forecasting and reporting
• Conduct high-level sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations
• Work with legal and sales operations to develop proposals and execute contracts in compliance with federal procurement requirements
• Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies
• Engage with systems integrators, resellers, and channel partners to drive joint opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of software sales experience
• Experience selling identity access management solutions, including PAM
• Proven track record of selling into federal government agencies (DoD, Federal Civilian, DHS)
• Existing relationships with federal decision-makers (CTO, CIO, CISO)
• Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce
• Experience managing full sales cycles in complex enterprise or government environments
• Must be a "US Person" due to FedRAMP involvement
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with federal procurement processes and contract vehicles (GWACs, IDIQs, SEWP, GSA)
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, GovCloud, and/or classified networks
• Active US Security Clearance (Secret minimum)
