Senior Facility Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the facility lead for the CMP/Cleaning/Plating area during the construction and ramp-up of Black FabOne
• Define tool layout, cleanroom integration, and sub-fab infrastructure with design and construction teams
• Lead technical evaluation, selection, and procurement of slurry/chemical supply tools
• Manage the end-to-end installation lifecycle from delivery to acceptance testing and qualification
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and support yield stability
• Build documentation, training procedures, and maintenance programs from the ground up

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with slurry/chemical supply systems in semiconductor manufacturing
• Proven experience with tool installation, initial fab startups, or cleanroom expansions
• Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience of facility preparation and monitoring techniques
• Familiarity with chemical delivery, drain systems, and ventilation/safety systems
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
