About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead governance of outsourced facilities services to ensure operational compliance
- Coordinate input from site leads and consolidate global reporting
- Monitor global and regional KPIs and SLAs
- Partner with Finance to track savings commitments and monitor performance
- Review and validate supplier invoices against delivered services
- Manage operational change control processes
Requirements
- Expertise in outsourced facilities management, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong data analysis and financial acumen
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Visio
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or 5–10+ years of vendor management experience
