Senior Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance for 157 locations across 46 states.
• Lead facility maintenance programs, preventative maintenance, and inspection schedules for critical assets.
• Manage contractors, including qualification, onboarding, performance oversight, and safety enforcement.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Safety to align capital planning and facility conditions with business needs.
• Train and develop Depot and Area Managers on facility standards, maintenance expectations, and Permit to Work (PTW) requirements.
• Conduct field inspections and safety assessments, traveling 25–50% to oversee capital projects and facility improvements.
• Ensure all facility work complies with PTW, LOTO, and OSHA requirements.
• Manage facility-related projects such as relocations, expansions, and buildouts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of operations management experience in a multi-site environment.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of safety experience.
• Working knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) programs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
• Proven experience in contractor and vendor management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple locations or districts with responsibility for safety and performance.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations within a regulated industrial or DOT environment.
• Experience managing large-scale projects, including coordination of timelines and resources.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to work effectively across multiple departments.
