Senior Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the facilities management team to optimize property operations and enhance tenant satisfaction
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of all facilities services
• Ensure full compliance with operational standards, health and safety regulations, and building codes
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial alignment with business goals
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee all maintenance activities
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in facilities management, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of facility management principles and service operations
• Proven financial acumen with experience in budget preparation and management
• Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation
