Senior Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage properties across multiple spaces on the East Coast, including manufacturing, office, and warehouse environments
• Implement SOP, MOP, and EOP to ensure compliance and scalability
• Plan and implement equipment and systems upgrades to ensure efficiency and cost control
• Coordinate system repairs and monitor performance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure
• Plan and coordinate major maintenance activities and scheduled site shutdowns
• Provide 24/7 uninterrupted support for facilities operational activities
• Create and maintain vendor relationships and manage landlord obligations
• Execute equipment audits and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Partner with EHS to ensure facility safety and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent blend of experience and certifications
• 8+ years of facilities management experience in manufacturing, office, and warehouse environments
• 7+ years of supervisory experience including people and project management
• Experience with departmental budgetary responsibilities
• Experience working with governmental agencies for permitting and project approvals
• Proven vendor management and negotiation skills
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor including climbing ladders
