Senior Facilities Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and specify cGMP clean/grey utilities, HVAC equipment, piping, ducting, and controls
• Manage small-to-mid sized projects related to utilities and HVAC equipment and services
• Conduct troubleshooting for complex plant equipment issues and recommend corrective actions
• Assist in design review, site acceptance, and installation of equipment
• Support the QA Validation department through design document preparation and protocol execution
• Investigate utility systems, control system anomalies, and safety incidents
• Implement corrective and preventative actions for existing equipment and maintenance processes
• Prepare engineering evaluations, test plans, and modification change control documentation
• Interpret P&IDs, equipment layouts, wiring diagrams, and specifications for maintenance and repairs
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by enforcing procedures and regulations

Requirements

• BS/BA in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• For Senior Engineer level: 5 years of relevant experience
• For Engineer level: 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of P&IDs, HVAC, and utility systems
• Experience working within a cGMP environment
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced setting
