About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide general facility management services, including continuous monitoring of office and facility operations.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns to ensure timely resolution and high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate with outside contractors for equipment service, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Create, assign, and track work orders for engineering staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Review and submit vendor bids and proposals, and verify final invoice pricing for timely payment.
  • Manage complex work orders, including environmental issues and disaster recovery efforts.
  • Maintain frequent communication with clients, landlords, and vendors to provide project status updates.
  • Assist in measuring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) against service level agreements.
  • Provide facilities helpdesk services and monitor workflows to ensure consistent service quality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative, accounting, or tenant services capacity.
  • Proven experience with data entry, expansive reporting, filing, and scheduling.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in property management, commercial real estate, or professional services.
