Senior Façade Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight for all façade engineering activities, including curtain walls, cladding, and glazing
• Lead the development of innovative, sustainable, and energy-efficient façade solutions
• Oversee the design, review, and approval of engineering deliverables such as drawings, specifications, and calculations
• Manage the façade engineering team by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, construction crews, and client representatives
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Implement rigorous quality control procedures and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in façade engineering
• Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex, large-scale projects
• In-depth knowledge of façade design standards and regulations, including AISC and AISI codes
• Proficiency with structural analysis software and advanced engineering tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
