Senior Fabrication Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all activities related to fabrication projects to ensure top-quality delivery and profit maximization
• Analyze materials for correct usage and timely delivery
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Estimators to establish budgets and timelines
• Drive projects forward and maintain adherence to set timelines
• Organize crucial project meetings to ensure alignment
• Work with shop management to determine crew size requirements and collaborate with foremen on project needs
• Generate and submit weekly timesheets
• Travel occasionally to supervise operations at major shows

Requirements

• Knowledge of building and construction standards and terminology
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM manufacturing and fabrication
• Understanding of Project Management methodology
• Familiarity with interior and exterior building materials and fabrication techniques
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets (Word and Excel)
• Ability to travel 25%
• Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of seven years of experience in construction or construction-related fields
