Senior Export Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide high judgment and subject matter expertise on US and non-US export control regulations, including EAR and ITAR
• Develop and maintain regulatory contacts, engagement, and risk assessment programs
• Drive innovative solutions and create requirements to enhance and automate compliance for various export types
• Monitor regulatory changes and support public policy engagements
• Create metrics for management reporting and own leadership communications to stakeholder and executive teams
• Drive continuous process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve export governance

Requirements

• 6+ years of compliance, audit, or risk management experience
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Subject matter expertise in US and non-US export control regulations (EAR and ITAR)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
• Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles or Six Sigma methodologies
• Master's degree or equivalent
• Experience with non-US export regulations (EU, APAC)
