Senior Expert - Hearing Assistance Technology

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical insight and strategic planning of the hearing health industry to identify key technologies and innovation opportunities
• Lead the design of hearing health systems and architectures, focusing on research, innovation, and commercialization
• Build and lead a team of experts to achieve technological leadership and commercial success in the field
• Translate user needs into technical decisions and industry-leading system solutions

Requirements

• PhD or MSc in hearing health related fields
• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience
• Proven experience in system and architecture design, research, and development
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in team and project management
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience acting as a professional interface between industry and academia
