Senior Expert - Headphone System Technology

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of high-end headphone systems, including speaker modules, acoustic cavities, and mechanical frameworks
• Drive innovation and commercialization of key technologies to build industry-leading system solutions
• Identify key technological opportunities and establish a global footprint for resources and innovation
• Build and mentor a team of experts to achieve technological leadership and commercial success
• Translate user needs into technical decisions and architectural designs

Requirements

• PhD or MSc in headphone system related fields
• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience
• Proven expertise in system and architecture design, development, and delivery of headphone technologies
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in team and project management
• Experience acting as a professional interface between industry and academia
