Senior Expert Connected Services

Responsibilities

• Establish connectivity product strategy, define requirements, and steer connectivity projects for smart Europe.
• Define digital product offerings, including monetization models, pricing, and packaging concepts.
• Act as Product Owner for the smart Control App, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources in an agile environment.
• Drive continuous improvement of connectivity features through usage analysis and optimization.
• Lead localization activities, including UI/UX reviews and content verification for the European market.
• Manage OTA (Over-the-Air) requirements and support the development of OTA processes.
• Coordinate with R&D, suppliers, and app development teams to support integration testing and defect management.
• Support telematics system integration between service platforms and European IT systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology Management, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a comparable field.
• Proven experience in connected vehicles, including infotainment, vehicle backend systems, or companion mobile services.
• Strong understanding of mobile application development, testing, and defect management processes.
• Experience with project management and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with a collaborative, multicultural mindset.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Chinese language skills are a significant plus.
• Analytical problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, result-driven working style.
